By registering as a Marketing Affiliate, you agree to the following terms:

1. Affiliate Link and Commissions

Upon approval, you will receive your own personal affiliate tracking link.

You will earn a 40% commission on all purchases made directly through your link.

You will also earn a 20% commission on purchases made through the referral links of your direct referrals (your “sub-affiliates”).

2. Eligibility for Commission

Commissions are only paid on valid, completed sales.

If a customer cancels their purchase, requests a refund, or charges back the credit card charge, the commission for that sale will not be paid.

Any refunds or chargebacks that occur after commissions have been credited will be deducted from your future commissions.

3. Payment Terms Commission payments are processed on a Net-7 basis, meaning 7 days after the end of each calendar month.

Example: Commissions earned in September will be paid on October 7.

Payments will continue as long as the customer’s account remains active and in good standing.

4. Relationship of the Parties

You are participating as an independent contractor. Nothing in these Terms of Use creates any partnership, joint venture, employment, or agency relationship between you and the Company.

5. Compliance and Conduct

You agree not to engage in misleading, fraudulent, or unethical marketing practices. The Company reserves the right to withhold commissions and/or terminate your affiliate account if you violate these terms.

6. Intellectual Property and Non-Competition

All content, course materials, branding, and intellectual property of the Company remain the exclusive property of the Company.

Affiliates are granted a limited license to use approved marketing materials provided by the Company solely for the purpose of promoting the program through their affiliate link.

Affiliates may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works of the Company’s content or use it to create or sell competing products or services.

Affiliates agree not to develop, market, or sell programs, courses, or products that are substantially similar to the Company’s program for a period of one (1) year following the termination of their affiliate relationship.

Any unauthorized use of Company intellectual property or creation of competing content may result in immediate termination from the affiliate program and potential legal action.

7. Modifications

The Company reserves the right to update or modify these Terms of Use at any time. Continued participation in the affiliate program after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

By signing up as an affiliate, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms of Use.
